◦ By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.
◦ Prices shown are for PERSONAL USE only.
◦ I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces as NFT.
◦ I do NOT authorize using any of my artwork for any AI generation or AI training.
◦ I reserve the right to decline a commission.
◦ I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy, and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
◦ I will only draw in my artstyle
◦ Prices may vary from the general pricing depending on the complexity of character design, background, etc.The commissioner reserves the right to:
◦ Claim rights to their original character, but not the drawing itself.
◦ Sharing/reposting the artwork with proper, visible credit.
◦ Printing the artwork for personal use only.The following is considered copyright infringement:
◦ Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.
◦ Claiming the artwork as your own.
◦ Removing my signature from the artwork.
◦ Changing the artwork without my consent.
PAYMENT
◦ Payment only accepted via PayPal◦ Payment options:
◦ 50% before I start, 50% before I send the final piece
◦ 100% before I start the commission◦ Revisions requested during the process will be free. Any major revisions made after the final product will come with a fee depending on the complexity of the change.
◦ No refunds after I've started working on your commission
◦ If for any reason I am unable to continue the commission, I will give you a full refund.
◦ After 3 days of unpaid invoice, your slot will be forfeited if another person pays in due time.
DELIVERY & COMMISSION INFO
◦ Depending on the commission type and complexity, it can take up to 1-4 weeks, so I politely request your patience when commissioning me.
◦ Time of delivery also depends on the commissioner's response rate to any inquiries I may have.
◦ If any personal delays arise (such as health, work, school, or family), you will be notified.◦ Please provide as many references as possible so I can have a clear view of what you'd like.
◦ Specify ASAP if you require a certain canvas size, resolution, or color mode.
◦ Be very specific when describing to me what you'd like for the commission.Please use this outline:

PROCESS
After sending me the filled form, I’ll ask for more details if needed and answer any of your questions! Then, I’ll come back to you within 24 hours to give you my quote price.After finding common ground, getting the first invoice & giving the completion date, I’ll start working on your commission.Please keep in mind my art style when commissioning me to make sure it suits your vision. One thing to note is my lineart and how I block in lots of shapes with it for shadows.✦ Stage 1: Thumbnailing/sketch
I will do rough sketches of multiple ideas for the composition and posing and show them to you for any adjustments necessary.✦ Stage 2: Final sketch
I will make a more refined sketch of the thumbnail we agreed on and send it to you to see any details that should be changed.✦ Stage 3: Lineart
The final stage before getting into working out the colors. It's important we work out any issues regarding details and linework outside of coloring and rendering.✦ Stage 4: Flat coloring
I'll block in flats and check with you to see if the base colors are okay before moving into the final few stages.✦ Stage 5: Rendering
This stage is most time-consuming since this is where we really get into detailing and making everything come to life.✦ Stage 6: Effects and Filters
Really short stage where I just add any extra effects and will make multiple final versions with slight filters and color adjustments. I will send you these plus a version without this stage. Last chance for revisions. Any major changes at this point will come with a fee.✦ Stage 7: Sending Files
We've made it to the end! I'll be emailing you the files to ensure you receive the highest quality. No more revisions can be made at this point. If I have permission to post on social media, I will put a special watermark on it to show it's a commissioned piece.Revisions:
◦ Additional revisions after the steps stated previously will be charged 5-20% of base price, depending on complexity.◦ If you wish to change a part of the painting you have previously approved, I will charge you an extra fee.◦ In the case where artistic freedom is given, I will work based on my judgement. However, if the client requests a scrapping of the scene in its majority or entirety, they'll be charged again.◦ Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free.
